I. Program Copy:
Must contain biography of each actor, director, and Artistic Director/ Composer with noted association with Actors Equity Association for member actors.
II. Hall Requirements:
a. General stage lighting. Prefer to set up design with multiple cues, if available.
b. The presence of the lighting technician, to be provided by the presenter, at the beginning of the rehearsal period is requested.
c. A minimum block of 8 hours for stage set-up and tech rehearsal; within 24 hours of the performance is most desirable.
d. Sound system with CD player set up to enable the sound technician to run sound from the house to balance acoustic and digital is preferred, though running from booth with open window is possible.
e. Sound system should include monitor speakers for performers
III. Dressing Rooms:
a. Separate dressing rooms for men and women
b. Sufficient number of chairs for performers
c. Rack for hanging costumes
d. Well-lit mirrors for make-up
e. Nearby restrooms
f. Drinking water and cups in each dressing room
g. Secure locked location for actors personal belongings during performance
IV. Comp Tickets:
We request ten tickets per performance available for Company comps
